Any product purchased at cnettech.com.au on line or in store, may be returned for an exchange if you are not satisfied with the colour or fit or for any other reasonable reason, subject to our returns policy and in accordance with the state consumer laws. All products are the genuine item.

• Monitors 3 Year manufacturer Warranty (all Brands are 3 years)
• Scanners, Printers, Notebooks / Laptops and Acer / HP/ LENOVO Computer Systems are covered by warranty directly from manufacturer. Warranty can vary different from brand to brand
• No “In Store” replacement on Software / Consumables / Blank Medias all problems with these will be referred back to the manufacturer.
